In this episode, I'll be covering various topics.. My trauma started in the womb. Here I go into depth about how my existence came to be for two very unhappy abusive adults, divorce, changes in my body, elementary school and middle school.

Welcome to my first introduction episode where I'll be covering topics and trigger warnings and why I'm doing this channel to begin with. I'm not a mental health therapist or medical professional, I'm just a silly goose with a lot of issues. If you suspect you may be suffering from a mental health or medical condition please seek medical attention for a proper diagnosis. I'll be talking about experiences from the past, coping skills, remedies and things that have worked for me.
