I want to give everyone a understanding of just how bad it can really get with having tourettes how hard it can really be on some people out there with it

With this one I want to talk about why I made this podcast and what was the main purpose behind it what people need to know about tourettes or what they may not know about it

This time around I will be talking about two of the most important people in my life that have helped me get through the struggles with tourettes

I will be giving you a run down of the questions I have been asked over the years about my tourettes and hopefully give you help in answering some of those questions for you

I want to give you guys my helpful tips in to trying to control your tics in public and ways to deal with them while you are out and about

In this one I will give you insight into how I have learned to deal with my tics through my life and ways I have helped myself calm them down and maybe help you find ways to calm down

This go around I will be talking about my teen years and how to get by in your teenage years with this disorder it will never be a thing you will forever feel comfortable with but maybe you can learn to get by with it

In this episode I will be giving you a little walk through on my journey with tourettes I will be talking about my youth and how it all started and what age I was when we found out and the medicines I was taking all the way up to my teen years.
