As a special unreleased episode from May, Jenn and Lily honor mental health awareness month! They're talkin' about Thinking Traps! These traps prevent us from seeing things as they are. Otherwise known as cognitive distortions, thinking traps are often deeply ingrained in our psyche that most of us aren't aware of. So let's FREE YOUR MIND from common thinking traps, learn some tools, try to find some positivity AND THE REST WILL FOLLOW!

If there were any smattering of words strung together by a melody that better suits this week's theme, we haven't found them. "What the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here. I don't belong here." The imagery of Tom Yorke struggling through his teenage angst at a posh university, penning this smash hit song, which he would later come to despise because of its success, is poetic in itself. Imposter syndrome. It's a thing!
