So many people talk about "protecting themselves" or they device strategies how to deal with people or what strategy the need when they get to know someone new. They try to protect themselves with some outer - and artificial strategies.

Is there another way of doing this? Yes, there is!

And it has to do with your inner, with your Self.

Do you use your inner light, your inner sun for "protection" or do you still build up artificial walls around you?

Do you know people who have been hurt very badly and are you aware how different people deal with this?

Some people grow, become more aware and develop and other people stay very much in the palm and want to make other people suffer as well. That is the time when you have to run and cut all connections.

Do you know such toxic people?

How do you deal with them?

id you experience the situation that you try to solve a problem or let go of something in all sorts of ways and it just sticks? That how ever hard you try the problem does not shift?

Could it be that certain things are stuck to us on a subconscious or even totally unconscious level?

Could it even be that you get a disease without having any idea where it came from and why you?

I believe that there are a lot of things around that we are not aware of and that still influence our lives.

Love, relationships, friendships, business partnerships are such an endless and complex field. There are so many emotions involved, so many believe systems triggered and so many old habits activated and old wounds opened.

So is there actually a „fool proof“ method to know you have found your love or your business partner?

Probably there is.

A habitat - the particular space in which a species can thrive well or not thrive is of essential importance for us.

I believe that we strongly underestimate this. Many people seem to think that they are - at least party - disengaged from it and/or that it has not much influence on their life.

In my awareness it is the contrary.

The habitat has massive influence on our physical and emotional well-being. What is your experience?

Yesterday I had - once again - such a strong and potent awareness of the amazing possibilities our world offers us those days. How easy and quick it is to get any information we desire via the internet and how people become more and more flexible with how they work and how they collaborate.

I know that some people feel this to be very dangerous. I, however, believe that it is a massive opportunity. How do you feel about it? Do you feel our connected world is dangerous or a chance?

The EU is forcing another law unto us.

And again under the pretence of doing something for the consumer.

I do wonder if this is really true and I do wonder if these are the most pressing matters.

In my point of view it is not good to introduce more and more regulations.

Nobody cares outside Europe and we are here obsessed with actually making it hard to innovate or just be simply creative.

Diversity and the possibility to think things totally new are the main drivers for the development.

What can happen when one actually gives up any adjustment to a system and starts to be 100% authentic? The fact is the system has to adjust in one way or the other. And without any exception it is always for the better. The „worst" thing that can happen is that one frees oneself, the best thing that can happen is that one changes an entire system!

Did you ever ask yourself the question why cuddling with a particular persons feels so nice?

Why is that your body enjoys it so much and how it is that these feeling can sometimes change really strong?

Do you know the feeling when there is this one person who can be a bit intense our even annoying?

Someone who challenges the energy of a group or challenges your point of views?

However, if you step back a bit and don’t let you own ego get in the way that person might actually really bring some positive dynamic into your system or your group or business.

And then there is the person with a heavy, narrow destructive energy. Where you feel that they suck out the energy.
