So many people believe that they have to keep up a facade, a persona, rather than showing who they really are.

What could you achieve in life if you would you use all the energy you need to keep up this show for curative your life in the way you choose?

My dear friend and business partner Lennardt made a beautiful post yesterday that inspired me for this episode:

Are you showing your-self to the world in all facets?

Do you believe this could change your life totally?

When you decide something, when you have a certain feeling or even e fear do you belive this is always yours or could it actually be from someone else? Could it be you think what you think and you feel what you feel because of what you experienced?

How do you deal with this?

The trick is, not to go in resonance with it and being aware that a believe another person has or a judgment you get only has to do with the other person and never with you.

Success can come in so many different colours.

It can be success in business, it can be having money, being healthy, living a happy relationship, travelling, looking at a flower.

What is success for you?

Are you still following the dreams you had as a child?

Over the past days was confronted and aware with such an amount of shame. Shame about so many things.

Where does this come from?

How did this madness start that we feel ashamed?

I talk about some crazy examples that really have a huge negative impact on some lives and how maybe it can be possible to free oneself from shame.

Do you feel ashamed sometimes?

Is this something you want to get rid of or do you believe that it is a kind regulatory?

I wonder what it is that so many of us focus on all those things that do not work in our lives rather than on those things that actually work very well or that we are lucky to have.

How about you?

Do you have a negative self-talk or maybe focus on things that don't work with other people or are you one of the few who focus on what works? Do you manage to be grateful for all you achieved and have in your life?

A modern diesel car was tested in regard to fine dust.

The scientists wanted to see how much fine dust the car is emitting in comparison to the general amount in the air.

They expected the readings of the exhaust pipe being higher than the readings in front of the car.

What they found was surprising:

The car emitted much less fine dust than the air in front of the car which was sucked into the engine. In general the car cleaned the air of about 90% of fine dust particles. Surprise!

Are you also aware of the aggression and madness a lot of people fall into when discussing something?

Especially when it comes to so called “sensitive themes” such as “religion”, environment or climate-change.

It is impossible to reason any more and it very quickly arrives at a level of personal attack and insults.

How did this happen? What is causing this?

Yesterday, as so many times before, I saw to people interacting with each other without really talking to each other, seeing each other or acknowledging each other.

There was no openness, no willingness to receive. There was just emptiness and maybe even a certain level of hostility. Driven by defence and fear. Fear of being seen and fear of receiving the other.

Are you open to people?

Do you show yourself?

Are you willing to revive another being and enter into a true communication?

Do you sometimes wonder how top football players can do what they sometimes do?

It looks like magic and somehow it is.

The best players are able to be in the present moment 100%. There is no past and no future. And this gives them the possibility to change the speed of time which, in return, gives them more time to what they do as the time slows down. They just are. They don’t hunt for anything.

How do you experience time?

Did you have moments when you were totally present and in unity with your Self?

Aligned energies are something extremely powerful.

They can determine cultures of entire nations.

Traditions are coming out of that, however also wars or religious fanaticism can emerge.

How do you know that what you think or feel is actually yours or a mass consciousness that you have aligned to?
