A long awaited episode 20 months in the making. Here’s “10 Days”. A real look at the final days of my mother’s life. 

It's been over a year since I uploaded a full length episode for the show. Take a moment with me as I go over the reality of seeing my mother again, tragically losing loved ones, and learning how to cope with the weight of grief as I answer some of the questions I have received since the last episode. 

Sometimes we have to admit when we are wrong, and there is nothing wrong with that. 

Audio warning, I worked for a long time trying to fix the audio in post edit as I usually do. For some reason now my microphone is not working well with my recording platform and regardless what adjusting I do to the audio, the background noise is still there. My apologies.

Grief is an emotion and state of mind that only those who are familiar with suffering understand. It is not easy to navigate through life with the weight of grief on your back, but there are ways we can handle our grief so that the burden we carry can lighten. This week we will be discussing the grieving process of healing and how to let go of the emotions that no longer serve us. 

 Self love, self healing and self preservation is key when dealing with reinventing yourself. This week we sit down with my great friend Jennifer and discuss her path to self healing after her recent divorce.

Finally back to writing and recording episodes after a several month hiatus! It is only going to get better from here.  This episode will be focusing on self-isolation and taking accountability for our behaviors learned from the narcissistic influence. After 8 long months I am back and stronger than ever. In my time away from recording and producing, I really focused on what I need to work on and do for me. Episode 8 brings forth some discussions about self harm and the inner critic, and how to begin to deal with and silence them.

This week's episode is focusing the life long struggle I faced with food and eating at the hands of my mother who never made efforts to improve my health or well being, only expected things to be perfect with minimal effort on her end. Let's take a dive into the ways of a narcissist when they set you up for continuous failure and sabotage.
