Guys, first of all, I may have gone rogue with the number of times I've said 'intrusive thoughts, I just really needed it to be drilled in your heads. Do you get them often? How do you deal with them?

My biggest skill is putting myself down. It doesn't matter how pretty I think I look or how smart I am; the need to compare myself to others to find fault in my ways will always be inevitable. This tendency goes as far back as I can remember, and sometimes, I have to ask myself: why do I feel this way, and what's the point?
