Victoria French, really is an avid learner. She holds 2 bachelor degrees in the sciences, a Medical Laboratory Science certification and a Culinary Apprenticeship certificate. She's attending NYU's Culinary Food Studys program with an emphasis on Policy in the fall. She's definitely not afraid of learning, but we she has had some challenges. We talk today about the things that hold us back from being our authentic self, whether it's fear or people. Victoria challenges herself and us to "live a whole life"- there are so many skills and things to learn. Don't allow others to pigeonhole you into their idea of wealth." She says of herself- I've discovered "it's okay for me to be different" and I agree."
