She has a background of over 20 years in sales, service and recruitment with the Disney Company and uses that foundation to create magic for her podcast listeners and wine customers through creating and teaching others about wine appreciation, food and wine pairings and how to find more joy (and less confusion) in all of those things!

I'm so excited for my next guest on the pod – a dear friend of mine and a true entrepreneur, Mr. Alex Le Roux.  Alex is the founder and man behind the magic at ALR Music – a leading luxury entertainment agency for private events, weddings and brand events all over the world.  

Alex recently opened his office in New York and has expanded his footprint into the US.  He is a visionary and an innovator and has created a wonderful reputation with clients such as Gucci, Cartier, Netflix, the British Royal Family, The White House and many A-List Celebs.

So excited to have this guest on - Dr. Arun Upneja, the Dean of Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration since 2013.  

Dean Arun is a forward-looking strategic thinker with an inclusive and collaborative leadership style.  As Dean, he has embarked on a transformational change in SHA with a heavy emphasis on industry-relevant research combined with increased rigor in the classes and the additional of graduate degree programs. He has devoted his career to serving as both a practitioner, innovator and teach of hospitality administration with many credentials and awards for his work and research. 

I was thrilled and honored to be invited on his podcast and speak to his students last fall in Boston.

We’re back with another amazing guest this week - a friend of mine who has so much to share, Mr. Chris J. Evans.  

Chris is an absolutely amazing and talented photographer.  But more than that, he is an artist and he has evolved so much over time.  Wedding photography is his passion, shooting some of the most iconic weddings in the world – whether it was the raw beauty of his first time, he always knew where his path was headed. 12 years and 500 weddings later, his photography is his art, it is in his blood and he doesn’t want his clients to feel comfortable, but incredible!  There are no second takes.

Hello February and Welcome Back to My Secrets to Stamina!

I’m excited to welcome my guest this week, this incredible new friend of mine, Ms. Noor Tourte. 

She has an inspirational story that I’m so excited for her to share with us.   A Columbia and UCLA grad, Noor’s goal is to inspire everyone, including creatives and side hustlers with her message of empowerment, resilience, and living life to the fullest!  After unexpectedly making it to the semi-finals of the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swim Search Competition, she has made it her mission to get women excited about the prospect of falling on their faces, over and over, if it means they are making their one life on this earth count.  

She believed that becoming a Sports Illustrated model would represent the culmination of a lifetime spent searching for her true identity, but the experience helped her realize that her childhood dream was not only to be a cover model, but also a role model, one who empowers ladies to show the world every side, from every angle, unapologetically. Noor is currently a Group Senior Vice President Brand Strategist at healthcare advertising agency, AREA 23.

Can we even believe it?!

It's the LAST episode of 2023!  

I want to truly thank you all for tuning into this platform and listening to not only myself, but the amazing guests I've had on this year.  Thank you for your continued support and I will continue to bring that FIRE into next year!  

For our last episode, I welcome two people who have become such good friends, clients and let’s be honest, I think I'm probably the 3rd Selden sibling! 😊  I have know the brother and sister duo, Robin & Jeff Selden for years through engage and then began supporting their team’s development efforts through sales & leadership support.  We've developed a great partnership!  

Robin and Jeff Selden of Marcia Selden Catering are continuing the legacy of their iconic mother, Marcia who continues to lead the way for this iconic brand.  They have changed the game when it comes to producing the best luxury catering events with gourmet creations throughout NYC, Connecticut and all over.  It’s a family run group of first class foodies and treasure the fact that it started in their mom’s kitchen 40 years ago!  They are not only culinary gurus & party perfectors, they are a complete joy to be around and have so much knowledge to share with the world!
