Here at RNIB Connect Radio we are used to hearing stories of people losing their eyesight but for Sheffield man Bill Skipworth there was light at the end of the tunnel.

Bill's sight had progressively deteriorated over twenty years, until he was left totally blind after a failed operation in 2016.

Incredibly though, just five months later his eye sight would return.

RNIB Connect Radio's Simon Pauley caught up with Bill and his wife Hilary, to learn more about Bill's unique story.
