For our 116th episode we discussed the fallout from the UFC on Fox event and Bellator. Raw gets Rocked? Or does it.  We will also be breaking down the NPD numbers for October and it wouldn’t be complete without some WTF movie news.
I did notice a bit of echoing in Slick’s call this week which I tried to fix as best as possible. My apologies if this detracts from your enjoyment of the episode.

My Take Radio was powered by Zoom Water this episode. We made some announcements about the future of the forums as well. Rich shares his thoughts on the Penn State situation and the Tyler Perry/Kim Kardashian casting fiasco. UFC on Fox was the big story on the MMA side of things and all our usual topics were discussed. We even got the WTF movie news.
Please note that Slick was experiencing some phone issues that we tried to edit during his call in as best as possible.

Show Notes
I was not a happy camper for this weeks show. The opening monologue is fueled by anger and the language used is particularly crude. Listeners will understand why. Once the rant ends it back to business as usual. We discuss the following
·         UFC 137
·         Kenny Florian Lightweight bound
·         TNA Impact spoilers – Be warned
·         WWE Vengeance
·         WWE Raw
·         Nintendo loosing money?
·         WTF Movie News
And all our usual topics

Jon & Justin aka Sixokay & Weezul stopped by MTR to discuss their podcast 15 Minutes of Game. 15MOG is one of the most unique podcasts I’ve heard in a long time. Jon and Justin bring a level of friendliness to their presentation that not only educates but motivates listeners to find their niche in a vast community and grow their audience and brand. They go very deep into the realm of presentation and the nuances of first impressions to get ahead in the community management space. Along with community we had a lengthy discussion on comics that for me was quite enjoyable because it is not too often that we talk comics on air.
Justin is currently working with Robot Entertainment for their soon to be released title Orcs Must Die which you can pick up on XBLA on 10/5 and on PSN on 10/12. If you have a gaming/niche site or want to start one I recommend you give these talented guys a listen. You might learn something
