Hey friends! I am back again with another episode of my podcast :) This one is quite the ramble, so be prepared for that okay.

Today's episode I really just talk about lots of things. I give a long update about what I have been doing since the last episode, and also explain why it's been so long (I know I always have these types of explanations but this time I had a good one!)

After kind of finally picking a topic I talk about change, most specifically in relation to how I have changed over the past year or so, and how the inner change and growth manifested itself into outer change and growth. Change is scary, but it can also be very important and lead to lots of good things. I am trying to continue working on realizing that!

Again this one was a ramble but I wanted to talk and so I did, it was therapeutic for me and maybe entertaining a little bit for you!

In today's episode I talk about stress. What is it? How do we manage it? Tips to improving it? 

Stress is something we all deal with, and especially that now is a time for finals, and as we are entering the end of the year, I know that stress and anxiety is really prevalent in all of our lives. In this episode I share some of the simple things I use to try and deal with stress and anxiety. Obviously these aren't going to solve every issue, but I have found them to be attainable and helpful for me whenever I need a little extra support. 

At the end of the day make sure you all take care of yourself, I love and believe in you, and I know you all are going to continue to do great things!

Hey guys! It's been a while but I am back.

On today's episode you will hear another ramble of sorts, today I am talking about recovery and how my mental health has been recently.

Recovery is a weird thing that everyone goes through, and I'm not sure how often I see the process of recovery be talked about. I felt a bit better today than I have in a long time, so I wanted to share that a little bit. I also use this podcast as a way of processing, so that is sort of what this is. Me processing my thoughts and feelings.

Use this as a reminder to take a little extra care of yourself today, treat yourself, you deserve it.

Hey guys! Mental illness and stigma surrounding it is something that is very prevalent in our society today. In this episode I talk about what I have learned about mental health stigma, and how in some ways stigma has effected me personally. Stigma can not only negatively effect people with mental health in a social aspect, but it can inhibit them from receiving help, and can lead to more drastic problems.

The research I did for this episode was research I also did for a paper last school semester on the topic of mental health stigma, however the takes I have on it are my own opinions and the stories are my own as well.
