My TV Life

Buckle up, because we are diving headfirst into the absolute chaos of Euphoria Season 3, Episode 7, "Rain or Shine." We break down the most shocking, gruesome, and deeply unsettling moment in the show’s history: the official, terrifying demise of Nate Jacobs. From being buried alive by loan sharks to that nightmare-inducing rattlesnake twist, we discuss whether this was the ultimate karmic reckoning or just pure shock value. Plus, we look at the behind-the-scenes filming challenges—including actor scheduling.

But the Euphoria madness doesn't stop there. We dissect:

• The Backstories & Symbolism: Ali’s heavy pre-sobriety history (featuring a fantastic Natasha Lyonne cameo) and what Rue’s intense religious symbolism and "Moses" parallels mean for her survival in the impending series finale.

• The Crime Plots: Cassie, Maddy, and the wildly intense Armenian kidnapping plotline. Did Maddy just make a deal with Alamo to save Cassie, and can Rue survive being an informant for the DEA?

The B-Side: Documentaries & Reality TV

Once we catch our breath from Euphoria, we pivot to some lighter (and much heavier) content. We share thoughts on the new Martin Short documentary before deep-diving into The Crash, a heartbreaking documentary about an Ohio teen tragedy that gets us reflecting on family and personal experiences. Finally, we cap things off with our signature reality TV check-in: breaking down the latest Real Housewives drama, some rapid-fire Rhode Island updates, and a full review and prediction breakdown for the Survivor finale.
