In this long awaited episode, Lauren begins to tell her story of her descent into the shadow, into the unconscious and the underworld -- the part of the soul evolution where you are called to face your own shadow and the parasitic and dense forces that live within and around us. This is part 1 of 3, that tells the story from 2018-2023 that led up to the spiritual retreat in Mount Shasta turned hellish nightmare where the truth was revealed. Lauren talks about her relationship with the retreat facilitator, as well as two other potent connections involving sorcery, witchcraft and the dark entanglements around platonic and romantic love that she had to navigate, understand and work through. 

This is not an accusation, but a story she is sharing of her true lived experience... "as in, this is what happened, this is what I learned." Names have been changed for privacy, but she strongly believes that we should not be afraid to speak our truth or stay silent to protect the abusers.
