Dan Henk made it from a homeless punk rocker in the south to being a successful artist, writer, and tattoo shop owner. The way was a rocky road, but there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. In this episode we talk about tattooing as art and how it's become more acceptable in modern times. It's episode 70 and and I want to pause for a moment and reflect on how I have met 70 amazing and beautiful souls who have guested on the show.  None of this would have happened if I had not wanted to cross something off my bucket list: starting a podcast. Ann Hince is an author and EFT practitioner. When Ann was 19, she woke one morning to find her mother dead in her bathroom.   Twenty years later the tears from that trauma were still just under the surface. Ann found a simple technique that helped her release these emotions - but she went further and can now put her awareness inside her body - and has changed the bone structure of her skull and grown ½ an inch at age 55. Ann has found that seeking out our truth, what we truly feel, and accepting those feelings, is the key to inner peace.

In this episode we discussed how she was able to heal her traumas with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping).  She started with tapping her own childhood traumas, to collective traumas to simply feeling sitting with her feelings in silence.  In addition to releasing a lot of emotional baggage, she was able to realign her skeletal structure and even grow taller at the age of 55!  Ann is the perfect example of someone who successfully healed herself through practice, dedication and adapting EFT to her healing journey.
