I owe you an apology...

For years, I've been holding myself back in business. Not because I didn't have the knowledge, experience or ambition, but because I was terrified of being judged for being myself.

Too loud. Too silly. Not professional enough.

Well, ELEVATE Live changed that. And guess what? I was completely myself, had the best two days, laughed far too much... and nobody told me off! 🤣

Nearly a year ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD after spending nine years running a business without understanding why certain things felt so difficult.
