Hi, my name is Richeldis Cain and I am a third-year journalism student at Plymouth Marjon University 📝
As part of my final year project, I have decided to create a podcast series which talks openly about mental health: the good the bad and the ugly. At age 17 I was diagnosed with OCD and Anxiety and know how difficult living with a mental health disorder can be. Today I happy and healthy and am generally able to control my mental health day today 🧠
My Mind the Podcast is a fun and interesting way of exploring the issues that surround mental health disorders 🌻
Each episode I meet with a different guest and talk about a variety of issue ranging from different mental health disorders to tips on controlling negative behaviour all while having a lot of fun 🎙️
