But how do we know if these everyday routines are actually good for us? Are they fueling our best selves, or are they secretly sabotaging our well-being?

Habits can be both negative and positive. We want to make sure that our habits are align with our true nature. Habits can have a big impact on our lives and those around us. Make sure that we benefit from the things we do routinely, so we can see the change happening within us, and externally.
