When you understand that reacting is most often a unconscious process where the ego mind feels heart, the you can take steps to stop your reacting. In spiritual terms reacting is the single strongest factor in attracting the same energetic events back into your life.
In every interaction, there is a pair of forces acting. Newton's Law says, the size of the forces on the first object (your reaction) equals the size of the force on the second object (the equivalent return energy).
