Garret Yount from the Institute of Noetic Sciences joins me to discuss lucid dreaming - a state of consciousness where dreamers become aware they are dreaming, and how that allows those struggling with PTSD to heal from traumatic experiences while asleep. According to a recent study, conducted by the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), participants who learned to lucid dream could confront and overcome their nightmares, establishing a sense of control over their experiences and minimizing the frequency and severity of their nightmares. We’ll also discussed the science behind energy and “vibes”, consciousness, and heart-to-heart communication; and how our understanding these seemingly metaphysical concepts can improve our well being.

Garret Yount, PhD, is a Scientist at IONS where his research focuses on mapping the mind-gene interface. He obtained his BS from the Department of Molecular & Cell Biology at the Pennsylvania State University, and his PhD from the Department of Neurobiology & Behavior at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

This pop-up episode is an open chat to discuss UFO modern history and more! With guests Race Hobbs and John Burroughs, the hosts of Phenomenon Radio on The Un-X Network. John gives his most brief and concise summary of his experience during the 1980 Rendlesham Forest Incident at RAF Bentwater, and it's quite impressive! Critique is not held back regarding social media UAP video drops and promotional activity, with due respect for the players involved. We spend time discussing where the most valuable UFO evidence will come from, and where to best invest one's time. Race reflects on a past UFO investigation that was highly fantastical and difficult to believe - yet supplied by a highly qualified individual. https://www.unxnetwork.com/phenomenonradio

This episode should have posted in December, and yet somehow, here we are! Joining me for the last show of 2022 is Julia Cannon, author of “Soul Speak: The Language of Your Body.”

Julia was born in Hutchinson, Kansas to Johnny and Dolores Cannon. Johnny was a career Navy man, so they moved frequently and she had the advantage of an open-minded up-bringing. She was raised with the understanding that psychic phenomenon and metaphysics were common place and she was always exploring new avenues of growth. https://www.juliacannon.com/

Julia Cannon became a registered nurse and worked in Intensive Care and Home Health for the duration of her 20+ year career. She then decided to explore other aspects of the healing profession and has trained in Reconnective Healing and Dolores Cannon’s QHHT. Her energy healing has taken on its own dimension and has formed into something she calls “Lightcasting.” Intuitive lights come from the hands to direct energy where it is needed to balance any deficiencies in the body. This balancing may be happening on the physical, mental and/or spiritual level. While she is working in someone’s field, she gets intuitive messages/impressions of what is happening and what is needed to help the person bring about their healing.

Joining me is James Martin, co-author of UNCHARTED: A Rediscovered History of Voyages to the Americas Before Columbus. He is a British historian, economist, and lecturer with experience in the field of paranormal investigation. James has been a member of and investigator for the Worsley Paranormal Group since its founding in 2003.

Uncharted covers a range of cultures who seemingly have been visiting the Americas since long before Columbus. In compelling detail, the book presents stories of visiting distant lands that abound from many cultures, such as the Egyptian, Greeks, Celts, and one large Chinese group that likely settled in the Americas in 100 BC. Simply put, the history of the discovery of North America is all wrong. http://www.newrennies.org

Joining me to explore hidden places of mysterious origins and fascinating history is researcher and explorer, Salvatore M. Trento. Sal is the author of a series of books entitled “MYSTERIOUS PLACES OF” which covers areas of the Americas, including the Hudson Valley of NY. We will be seeking out hidden gems, strange anomalies, and how to find them. Salvatore Michael Trento, a graduate of Oxford University, did his early work on the Spanish Balearic Islands. There he helped excavate 3000-year-old megalithic monuments.

His teams of geologists, archeologists, pilots, and graduate students spent years surveying and recording the unusual array of stonework. His recent eBooks include the revised/expanded versions of best-sellers: Field Guide to Mysterious Places of the West (Pruett), Field Guide to Mysterious Places of Eastern America and Field Guide to Mysterious Places of the Pacific Coast ( Holt). The new eBook versions of these books have expanded sections and new GPS data. An international authority on near-death states, Dr. PMH Atwater, L.H.D. uses the culmination of her research to establish that the near-death phenomenon is not some kind of anomaly, but is rather part of the larger genre of transformations of consciousness. She combines her 38 years of near-death research with what she was doing in the 60s and 70s, experiencing, experimenting with, and researching altered states of consciousness, mysticism, psychic phenomena, and the transformational process, to reveal what transformations of consciousness really are, why we have them, and where they lead us. http://www.pmhatwater.com

Once again, a paranormal encounter proves transformational. At the crossroads of high strangeness, the 1982 Willernie, Minnesota encounter, as told by Julie Ohlson, tells of a very material experience merged with a spiritual message from another kind. Julie Ohlson is the author of Dark Secrets and Hidden Lies: The 1982 Willernie UFO Case https://a.co/d/2ou0blT
