What exactly is a shamanic journey, and what can it teach us about ourselves and the unseen world?

Join us on Mystical & Mysteries The Podcast as we sit down with Dana and Shana Robinson for a fascinating conversation about shamanism, spiritual exploration, and connecting with the natural and spirit worlds.

Dana has been practicing shamanism since 1981 and teaching workshops for the Foundation for Shamanic Studies since 1986. Shana brings her background in anthropology, meditation, and spiritual exploration to her work as a shamanic practitioner, author, and educator.

Shana has been a lifelong spiritual seeker with a deep curiosity about life's mysteries, different cultures, and the ways people experience the sacred.

Her academic background in anthropology, combined with her exploration of Transcendental Meditation, Tai Chi, Reiki, awareness meditation, and other spiritual practices, has shaped her unique perspective on shamanism.

A pivotal experience during a journaling retreat in the canyonlands of the American Southwest deepened her connection to ancient rock art, sacred landscapes, and the importance of remembering and protecting these meaningful places.

Together, they share their experiences, insights, and perspectives on an ancient spiritual practice that continues to inspire seekers today.

What happens when a woo-woo master and someone who grew up completely outside the woo-woo world sit down to talk about dreams, predictions, and the possibility of seeing the future?

In this fascinating episode, Olivia is joined by Eli Stewart as the two worlds collide to explore prediction dreams, intuitive experiences, and those dreams that are just a little too specific to ignore.

Olivia shares the story of dreaming about the Charlie Kirk assassination one month before it happened, the dream surrounding the TP USA controversy, and… Mitch. If you know, you know. 👀

Was it coincidence? Intuition? Something more?

And that's not all — Olivia and Eli dive into prediction dreams for August 2026 and share what they believe may be coming.

 Dreams. Predictions. Premonitions. The Future.

Come for the woo-woo. Stay for the questions that may leave you wondering just how much of the future we can actually see.

In this captivating episode of Mystical & Mysteries, I’m joined by special guest Terri Martel for a deep dive into past life regression and the incredible places a single session can lead.

Terri’s background in Astrology, Angel Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Wellness Programs, Reiki, and Psychic Development brings a unique perspective as we explore my personal experience undergoing a past life regression session with her. What began as one session opened the door to so many unexpected conversations and connections.

Together, we discuss what came through during my regression, the emotions, messages, themes, and experiences that surfaced—and how they may relate to patterns, relationships, strengths, fears, and the life we’re living today.

This conversation goes far beyond regression itself. We touch on a wide range of topics, exploring spirituality, healing, intuitive experiences, energy work, personal growth, and the bigger questions of why we carry certain experiences with us. Even though we cover a lot of ground, it all ties back to one central theme—how our past lives may continue to influence and shape our present journey.

 In this episode we explore:
My personal past life regression experience with Terri
The messages and themes that emerged
Astrology, intuition, and soul connections
Reiki, Angel Therapy, and healing practices
Hypnotherapy and accessing deeper awareness
The ways past experiences may show up in current life

Join us for an open, curious, and thought-provoking conversation as we connect the dots between past and present—and talk about it all.

Tune in and explore the mystery with us.

In this bonus segment, we review Together with Spirit, and for us, it's definitely WOO! Hosted by instructors Josephine Mackenzie, Dominic Boag (Scotland), and Scott Milligan (England), this immersive training experience offers high-quality instruction in evidential mediumship, trance, physical mediumship, psychic and spiritual art, and spirit communication.

What stood out most was the supportive learning environment, the rotating class format that allows students to explore multiple areas of development, and the depth of knowledge shared by the instructors. Whether you're new to mediumship or looking to expand your abilities, Together with Spirit provides a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and strengthen your connection with spirit alongside like-minded individuals.

Our verdict: A well-organized, professional, and highly recommended training experience.
