In the Seven of Pentacles we see a man who is deciding if it is the right time to harvest what he has cultivated, or wait and possibly repeat higher/more rewards from his efforts. This is not a time to do more work, but to wait, reflect, and assess the situation you have spent so much time on.
Eileithyia is the Greek goddess of childbirth; she assists women with childbirth but she can also delay it, which we see in two of today’s myths.
Heqet is the Egyptian goddess of childbirth and fertility, and she is also associated with the annual flood season of the Nile. Heqet is depicted as a frog with a woman’s body.
