You find yourself nose deep in your mobile phone? no Judgement here... this episode briefly touches on being in That moment, whatever that moment should have been.

A reminder to always find the time to "take 5"... with everything you have going on in your or our lives, school, work and sometimes being a parent. It is healthy and it is needed.

A general question, came from my sister. In an office conversation. Emotions flew around on the subject, answer as best possible. No judgement here... Please answer in the comment section.

I was challenged to do a episode in complete Patwa (Patois) Jamaica's dialect ) challenge accepted. Some info about growing up and speaking Patwa in Jamaica and how people are now but still have trouble warming up to the language, through music etc. Enjoy and thanks again for your 5 minutes.
