In this episode we look at overindulgence and excessive expectations in the realm of family, love and food, and their impact on our body and energy system.  Holidays and vacations are always times we have expectations that may not be met, or may not be in our best interest physically or mentally.  Here I have suggested some remedies for first aid to help the brain read the issue and give you some first aid relief.  Remember homeopathy is a code and does not have any level of molecular substance for it to have an impact on the body. Impacts are not good for the body, the remedy is made to elicit the body’s capacity to impact itself – that is what we consider curative.  To do that, not unlike a computer, we need a code-based medicine that nature has provided. Over the festive seasons, these remedies are crucial when overindulgence is the theme.
