In homeopathy there are different ways of making a remedy and giving it to the patient.  The scales of how to make a remedy and how to administer it are 1:100, the C scale, and 1:50 000 which is the LM scale.  These scales differ on the amount of dilution and succussion and although the scale is clear how and when to administer the different scales is up to the individual’s understanding of the remedy and the patient before them.
