「養生訓」は約300年前（江戸時代）に書かれた健康書です 今でも通じる内容が沢山あります "Yojokun is a classic book on health and longevity, written about 300 years ago during the Edo period." There's a one-minute English summary at the end.

「小暑」は本格的な夏の暑さの始まりを告げる時期．「大暑」は1年で最も気温が高く、暑さが最も厳しい時期です。 "Shosho" means "Slight Heart" It marks the beginning of the real summer heat． "Taisho" means "Great Heart" It is the hottest period of the year．
