Spiritual attack is... real. From envious "friends" to jealous coworkers or even racist/misogynistic people in positions of authority. Spiritual warfare is a part of life. But it's not something that has to scare us. And it's certaintly not something that has the power to stop us. Today's episode is all about what spiritual warfare is, and how your intuition and joy are you biggest weapons against external forces that "benefit" from your harm. I loved recording this personal-story-packed episode for you. Enjoy!

I have been telling a victim story... I've been telling the story that the world won't show up for me. That I don't have what it takes to succeed. And that I probably won't win so I should just... not even try. In today's episode, we're talking about what happens when you underestimate yourself.
Spoiler alert: you don't win. You don't reach your goals when you don't push yourself to be better. You won't reach your next level without challenging yourself to find out what you're truly capable of.
Lately, I've begun to understand that serious growth only happens through personal systems of structure and discipline. When you make a promise to yourself, and you honor it no matter what... you create self trust, self respect, and self esteem. Those are tools that you need in order to reach your next level of success in any endeavor.
And as you show up for yourself through your own commitment to that structure and routine... you become a vibrational match for an experience where the external, physical world will show up for you too. Today's episode is for the woman who struggles with the story that she's being abandoned by the world around her. Might it be possible that you've been abandoning yourself all along, too?

We can all think of a time when we complained and complained about our problems... but we weren't truly ready for a resolution, yet. We weren't ready to release the habits that were no longer serving us. We weren't ready to let go of the beliefs that were influencing our unsupportive choices. We weren't truly tired of our own bullshit, yet.
That's why, in today's episode we're talking about the purpose of the struggle: and why sometimes the best course of action is for our spirits to let us sink to rock bottom while they wait patiently for us to be... ready. Today's episode felt good to record, but just a warning: I am talking a bit about women and abusive men/relationships. Life isn't always roses and sunshine and rainbows. But there's purpose in the pain.
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. When you're finally truly fed up, you can actually hear and take action on the support that was available to you all along. It is my intention and hope that this episode leaves you feeling better equipped to overcome any struggle without taking that trip to the pits of hell, first.

What are you willing to sacrifice in order to achieve your goals? Your comfort? Your unsupportive beliefs?
In today's episode, we're talking about what it means to lock in. We're talking about showing up every day, even when you feel like shit or you're tired.
It's not about torturing yourself. It's about loving yourself and respecting your dreams enough to pursue them even when it feels hard. This episode is the mid-year motivation we could all use right now. Enjoy.

When you're feeling stuck, stagnant, and like nothing is working... sometimes being told to talk as if you're on the other side doesn't cut it. In today's episode we're talking about purpose, and what it means, practically, when the gurus say "only focus on what you want, otherwise you'll create more of what you don't want."
We're having a quick chat about vibration so you can truly understand the power of the prompt I'm sharing with you. This one journal prompt can be used each day to tap you into the vibration of solutions: calling in inspired ideas, epiphanies, and physical manifestations.
This can be used at any time, but it's especially potent for those moments when it feels like nothing is going your way. The stories that you're telling now are not the same stories that your successful self is telling. This exercise is a great way to gently tap into that better feeling headspace. Enjoy!

As women, we have more spiritual power than men; and men have more physical power than us. As humans in commuity, we have the power, authority, and responsibility to correct and redirect others when their behavior is unsupportive or unhealthy. In this way, there are checks and balances within relationships that help us to grow together without responding too harshly to mistakes.
So much content online talks about just letting guys go and walking away at the first red flag. But that doesn't take into account that people are walking out the consequences of their entire family history. Especially for those of us that are the descendants of enslaved people. We were not taught how to have healthy relationships.
Although we want a perfect Cookie cutter relationship, is that realistic given our country and race's history? No. So today's episode is about how to extend grace while maintaining self-respect, holding your personal power and maintaining boundaries in your soulmate connection... while also allowing him to grow into the man that you need him to be. And of course, you grow in connection with him, too.
Maybe we're not supposed to show up to the relationship perfectly. Maybe we're allowed to grow together.
Today's episode is LONG because it's fun. I'm utilizing personal life experiences, my family history, black history, and the movie Sinners to break down this point fully. I highly highly reccommend you listen all the way through.
Ya'll, we haven't chatted through the podcast in A MONTH! This is the greatest comeback episode of all time.
Enjoy.

Sometimes, the reason why you're not seeing the positive forward movement and passion that you want to... is because you aren't being honest with yourself about what you want. Playing small doesn't reward you with happiness.
In today's episode, we're talking about overcoming the stagnation that happens when you're under the misconception that your dream is too big, unrealistic, or "wrong" to desire...

In this honest and vulnerable episode, I'm sharing what the past couple of months have really been like behind the scenes: navigating health issues, rising expenses, and unexpected challenges in m personal life and business.
Today's episode is structured aroud this truth: the storm I've been in hasn't been a punishment or an attack– it's been a redirection...
Don't get me wrong: I didn't enjoy it. And I don't want more of it. I'm claiming that this season of difficulty is coming to an end...
But we can make seasons of difficulty last longer than they need when we try to force them, or ourselves, to be different than we can in any current moment.
I'm learning to allow a season of difficulty to be just that: a season. a moment. a chapter that we can move forward from. Something necessary that leaves us feeling clearer and stronger in our convictions (who we believe that we are, what we believe that we're capable of, and what we believe that we deserve out of life). Seasons pass. They serve us. And they pass.
If you've been feeling tested, questioning your path, or wondering if you're still on track for your desires– I anticipate that this episode will bring you clarity, healing, and a reminder that you are not behind. You're moving through a season of difficulty that must come to an end. You're moving towards a season of victory. The victory that you were born to experience.

Sometimes, your desires come with a deadline. And... deadlines can feel like pressure. When the due date is coming closer and closer. You're not seeing the progress you want to on your goal. And you're starting to doubt if you'll be able to get what you want/need.
In this way, deadlines can quickly trigger a nervous system reaction... especially when you aren't sure how in the hell you'll reach your goal. In today's episode, we're talking about how to navigate the time between where you are and where you want to be without making yourself feel worse under all the pressure.
