You lead your money, your money doesn't lead you... right?
In today's episode, we're talking about the first steps I suggest you take when you're healing your relationship with money. I love many money mindset coaches... but I don't think they talk enough about what it looks like to manifest and heal your relationship with money on a practical level. So, let's do that. Enjoy.

As you're reparenting and healing your inner child, sometimes the last straw in a relationship is when your inner mom says "that's enough." As I've been loving myself more and more, I've been understanding how sacred and special and worthy I am. It's one thing to know that you are worthy of being treated well... and it's another thing to feel like shit in a relationship and decide that you've had enough of feeling that way.
Recently, I had several realizations that encouraged me to end a soulmate connection that I had so much desire around. But ultimately, I felt increasingly insecure in our connection, which lead to me feeling insecure about myself. As my insecurities continued to be triggered, and my person continued not to soothe, communicate, or explicitly choose me... my confusion started to impact more than just our connection.
Trigger warning: today's episode absolutely has tears... especially as I discuss the consequences of the narcisistic abuse and trauma I suffered. Overall, I hope that it inspires you to consider your own feelings in relationships more than ever before.

Forgiveness, can you imagine? Choosing to be open-hearted, and repair relationships with people who are flawed... can you imagine?
I know that relationships with family can be... complicated. And also, death is... permanent.
I've been feeling the loss of my father a lot, lately. And his passing has put my relationship with the other members of my family into perspective. What stories about my family history do they have? What characteristics did they inherit from the ancestors that came before us? How can I honor my ancestry by honoring those who are still alive?
My recent reflection has led me to understand this: We all come from complex histories of trauma and enslavement and oppression and societal conditioning which, combined, can encourage us to be... inhibited and closed off and controlling and even sometimes inconsiderate of others' feelings. And even though this is true... and we are flawed... we're still valuable. We still have things to teach and learn from and give to one another.
So, in this Season 3, Episode 33... we're talking about forgiveness. Enjoy.

When you are manifesting your dream life, you cannot set or approach your goals like the version of yourself that you're leaving behind.
The version of me walking down the aisle at my $250,000 wedding, wearing an elegant french roll with a tiara on top... is very different than the version of me who wonders if she'll be able to afford the clothes on her Christmas wish list.
At our core, we're the same: we both have immaculate, expensive taste. But, we don't have the same relationship with money. We don't see ourselves as having access to the same level of resources regarding money, community, true love, and support. We have two difference self concepts, or self perceptions.
When you think and speak and feel like the woman who doesn't have what she wants... it is significantly more difficulty to create and acknowledge the progress you're making along the way.
In today's episode, we're talking about the truth: Co-creating your dream life is about changing your self perception at will. Supportive self esteem (your belief about your ability to change your life) is the natural consequence of thinking and feeling from the place of your victory— regardless of what's going on in your physical reality. Tune in, and enjoy!

Resentment is a thief. Over time, it starts to creep... taking up more and more space until you're disconnected from all of your happiness and joy.
The real reason you should heal and process the emotional pain of the past is because even though there was pain, there was also probably blessings and goodness and love in some parts, too. And when you're able to see and relish in the joy of the past, even if you never want to go back to that person/place/thing... you take your power back from your pain. You can and should be relishing in the joy you found with people and situations from your past.
It's okay to relish in the goodness of the past. And when you open back up to the goodness of the past, you start to see how blessed you were. And then seeing how blessed you were is the perfect bridge to seeing how blessed you currently are... and how blessed you can become again, in the future.
Today's episode is long and filled with so many stories from my childhood to college life. I hope you enjoy hearing about my memories as I sit and reminisce and put two and two together in real time.

When you're breaking generational curses, you're doing something that's never been done in your family line before. And as you script and eft tap and meditation in alignment with your desire, your conflicting, unsupportive thoughts will come up to the surface to be released.
At this point, most people decide to give up. Because there is no proof that you can do this. Your parents "couldn't". Your grandparents "couldn't". And by that logic, you probably won't be able to achieve the freedom, success, and/or happiness that you want, either.
Are you willing to believe in your ability to succeed, even when no one before you have navigated a similar journey? This is where self esteem comes in. Today's episode is short and sweet. Enjoy.

We tend to interpret rejection as a sign that we're not good enough. or that we're unlovable. or that the world doesn't want what we have to offer. But the truth is that their "no" means nothing... until you give up in response to it.
In today's episode, we're talking about taking your power back from the silly, silly people who couldn't recognize your value and brilliance and adorableness and lovableness. They get to decide that they don't like you. BUT they don't get to decide that you are unlikable. Only you get to make that choice with your self perception and willingness to expect love and acceptance, regardless of what they do. Enjoy.

Yes, you are called to have more money, more success, and more respect in your life. Yes, you are called to have that sacred, soulmate relationship. But how do you know for sure? What happens when you feel doubt and pessimism on your journey?
The answer I'm giving in today's episode: You have faith.
When you're connected to the heart and mind of God, your quality of life will improve. This is how you know that you are walking in alignment with your calling. The more you follow that intuition, the more you will win and the more you will feel better about yourself and the world you live in. God is hope. Your dream, and the pursuit of it, should be bringing hope to yourself and others. Let's talk about it.

In today's episode, we're talking about what it takes to move forward and win, even when you don't have the confidence in your ability to achieve your goal, yet. Deliberately co-creating your reality is hard at first. Because you have fears and unsupportive thoughts that you have never dealt with. Your fears and doubts are often louder than your faith in the beginning. But, the more you push... the more you keep trying... the more you win... and then, the more you expect to win. The better it gets, the better it gets. The easier it gets.... the easier it gets. This means, I expect to reach my goals, even when I have no physical proof that my desires are manifesting. It's because I have a long list of accomplishments underneath my belt to back up my own belief system.
The woman with high self esteem doesn't wait for her reality to say "yes." She decides who she is, and what she gets to have. She decides. Not us watching her. Not those interviewing her. Not those saying "no" to her offer or program or service or proposal. She decides based on her own internal leadership. She's not waiting for the world to approve or give to her. She has a mindset practice where she effectively has her own back, and she uses her power to attract the cooperative components she needs to get exactly what she wants. This is why the woman with high self esteem wins. It's not that she never fails. She knows that failure is a part of the process. She wins because she's a winner. She wins because she expects to. Are you that woman?
