  • Chiropractic Care and Becoming Your Own Health Advocate with Liz Santangelo

Dr. Liz Santangelo is originally from Fallston, MD where she grew up with her parents, three brothers, and plenty of pets. When she’s not in the office you can find her trail running, hiking, baking healthy alternative treats, reading and crafting.

Dr. Liz practices a wide variety of techniques including Upper Cervical, Gonstead, BioGeometric Integration, Chiropractic Biophysics, Pierce, Torque Release Technique, Activator methods, Logan, while also earning certifications in the Neuro-Emotional and Webster technique.

“My wish, for everyone I encounter, is to empower them to become advocates for their own health. We live in a society where it is very common for people to go to a doctor with a list of symptoms and for the doctor to match those symptoms to a prescription. I am so passionate about my work because it is about getting to the root cause of those problems and making the changes necessary to ensure they don’t return so you can live your best life! I hope to inspire you to get your nervous system checked so your body can begin to heal itself, as it was designed to!”

  • My Thoughts and How to Start Making Changes when You Feel Powerless or Believe Your Voice DOES Matter
I talk about where I am at with what is happening in our country and discussing how "All lives matter when Black lives matter," as well as how you can start making changes by shifting the narrative. Change is incremental, with many moving parts working together. My request is there be open honest discussions and being respectful of others' viewpoints. The intention is to share how I am processing and taking action to be a part of the change and inviting my audience to have a discussion instead of remaining silent.
