Geoff is a published author, a coach and oil field trash 🤣 (He's worked in the oil and gas industry for a long, long, long time). Geoff or Gibbo's book, "A Year Without Beer" is on it's way to being published in all good book store's and audio book outlets and he came to get Naked today about his journey with sobriety, the working life with FIFO (Fly in Fly out Industry, Mining/Oil & Gas) and his mental health during his life as a self confessed booze hound. Gibbo and Joey share their stories, as they are both on the same path, on a journey in a life without Alcohol and they discuss the benefits and challenges they have had a long the way.

Rhyanna is a Strength Empowerment coach who has had many successes over her life including representing Australia in Gridiron.

In Episode #011 our host Joey talks to his new friend Kyerra Johnson from the WE Speak Foundation.
It was our first time trying a zoom podcast, but all went well and we had a great chat about Kyerra's life growing up in St.Louis and sharing her story of witnessing first-hand the murder-suicide of her mother and stepfather.
Since starting to understand her own mental health after a troubled childhood, Kyerra has dedicated her life to helping communities talk about the lesser publicised, mental health issues in "Black America".
In Episode 0010 our host Joey talks to his new friend Brendon Foley from The Action Man Initiative
Brendon's story is one that started at a very young age and you can tell from moment one, the depth of his story and how it affected him growing up. A story of abandonment, bullying, losing a family member to cancer, a disconnection on who he was as a man in his teenage years, the loss of his partner followed by a 10+ year drug addiction. Through all of this Brendon fought through and battled heavy depression as well as several suicide attempts. He is here with us now though to tell his story and how he is using the knowledge, that he has learnt over the years, to help men all over the world, realise their true potential through his Action Man Initiative.
What an incredible story that I personally can't thank Brendon enough for sharing with us.

From her continuing journey, she created Mind Over Muffin. A hugely inspirational service that helps Women first understand their background behind emotional eating and also supports them in their journey to not only understand the emotions behind food choices but helps them create a better relationship with food and most importantly themselves.
In this episode, both Joey and Leanne share the stories behind their relationships with food and we soon realise that food is just the beginning.
