In this episode Joey talks to Bethwyn Kenny about her battle with depression, a tough upbringing and some incredible battles that will no doubt and unfortunately ring true or be familiar with a lot of young girls, women, wives and mothers out there. This is one of the most courageous, vulnerable and inspirational stories anyone has ever shared with me or i have even heard. I cant thank Bethwyn enough for sharing.

In this episode Joey is once again joined by his good friend George Helou. We brush upon some future goals, talk about depression and possible effects that our modern day society has us as humans and a few insights into some of the common traps that we get caught into in viewing what Mental Health really is.

George has also recently co-founded FIFOzero with Blake Wood to help reduce the suicide rate in the FIFO (Fly in Fly out) industry to Zero. We go in depth in talking about depression in this industry as well as taking a look at how both George and Blake have gone in getting this fantastic initiative off the ground.

The first episode started the podcast under its origin name, the F<3K Su|C|De Podcast where host, Joey O'Dell, talks about his story, growing up without a Dad, his battles through Depression, his Suicide attempt and how his life is now.

Joey is a Public Speaker, Coach and former Traveller. "It's been my passion for many years to help people through all aspects of Mental Health, and when the idea around a podcast came to play, I jumped at the chance to have conversations with people from all over the world sharing their stories around their journey's throughout life". 

We have finally got a name that is fantastically fitting for what we are trying to do here, so we are re-releasing all of the episodes done under the few different names we have tried over the years.
