This short recording is of a guided meditation and contemplation that Nalanie led following her talk in Hong Kong on 'How To Practice Truthfulness With Compassion.'   Recorded on the 20th January 2024. 

Based on "Axiom Therapy" - a system of therapy utilising truthfulness and compassion developed by Nalanie Harilela Chellaram and grounded in Yogic tenets and teachings, and as practiced by her during her over 30 years as a counsellor, as a 'soul doctor.'  Nalanie gave this talk in Hong Kong on 20th January, 2024.
