In todays episode we read from My Utmost for His Highest to gain a deeper conviction for the power of obedience and the point of brokenness. Our Father seeks to bring us into His best, oneness. But we have to say YES. We have to choose trust in obedience and yield up to the breaking that we might live the claim that “it is not I who live, but Christ who lives within me.” This is what makes a saint a saint. “Not my will, Lord, but Yours be done”.

In todays episode we meditate on expectation and the way that solitude and care weave together as preparation for the return of the Lord. We see how God honors the reality of our hearts to long for Him in His absence but also prophecies our coming joy of His return.
