Happy Freedom Friday! If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you’ll realise that I occasionally uploaded posts about this. As we strive to revive this podcast, we have decided to also feature it here. Today’s focus is to break the notion that though rejection from the flock should be the equivalent of leaving all together. In fact, we are encouraging you to run to God, as he will love you back into wholeness.

Within this episode, we also seek to implore persons to refrain from rejecting persons especially after they return to the flock. This is not right! May you be liberated whether you are a bummer lamb or someone who rejected others. Happy Freedom Friday once more!

Stacy is a Psychological Well-Being Practitioner & Christian Counsellor, and she has worked within the mental health sector for over 10 years. In her previous episode, she gave us tactics that we can use to silence the inner critic when we feel unworthy. This week her main aim is to help us navigate the feelings we may have that may want to drive us to suicide. She emphasises that it is normal to feel this way, but we should not give in to the feeling. Her advice is to talk to someone, and most importantly to pray about it.
