Nastygram D&D Podcast

Although a soul was brought back from hell, the mission failed and at a cost in life beyond that. The Hells hold the keys and the gates are open not just in Menzoberranzan but across Faerun. To have another chance, allies new and old will need to be found. And it might involve turning back into where they all began...

Armed with every bit of knowledge, magics, preparation, and tricks they collectively could summon, the allies are ready to step into the Hells to the Bronze Citadel and the gates that have been built there. Their goals are to rescue Sylavar's wife and to draw the pit fiend Arbister back through where he can be destroyed and his soul trapped. The odds are far from in their favor and even the slightest unforseen challenge could lead to disaster and death...

With matron mothers to assassinate and mighty demons to commune with, the allies may have the fate of Menzoberranzan and even more in their hands. Every gift, pact, and dark power comes together to start to truly understand the scope of what powers scheme in the hells and what is at stake...

Zy'vir and Jiddin team up to try to infiltrate the shadows of Shar that are stalking the city while Sylavar and Sylai face a dark ritual to seek a new patron. In both their paths lie the most loyal creatures of the Spider Queen...

The city of Menzoberranzan seems doomed and perhaps the only ones who could save it care little for its survival. But the paths they will seek might come into line with that very cause if the threat looming in the hells is to be defeated. If only the allies can stomach the sour deals that will have to be made to give them the power they need...

The Rotfather is destroyed and Sylavar's children are safe. And yet in spite of that, the allies find themselves more uneasy than ever before after sharing their knowledge of the forces, both known and unknown, that are conspiring against them. They will need to trust each other to be able to put the pieces together,

The children of Sylavar have been found but it may be too late for that to matter. They have foolishly sought out a treasure held by an undead gold dragon, Ja'lune the Rotfather, who lurks the mushrooms forests of Donigarten. If the twins are indeed dead, Sylavar's wrath may fall upon those who would be his allies...

Somewhere in the Infernal Keep neighborhood of Menzoberranzan is a creature named Yuland, a keeper of accounts, and perhaps a holder of information. Jiddin and Zy'vir must find him and glean what they can while Sylavar and Sylai travel to the mushroom groves in the great cavern's reaches. Perhaps there is something more to fear down here than even the machinations of the drow...

Jake, Dan, Devin, and Josh sit down to give an overview of the changes in the new 2024 Player's Handbook along with some praise and criticism. It eventually devolves into a fairly pedantic discussion between nerds of different generations annoying each other... Merry Christmas!

The four reunited companions must find their way into one of the most secretive places in all Menzoberranzan: Sorcere, the school for drow wizards and home to some of the most powerful magic-users in all of Faerun. They will need help getting in but when drow make alliances, there is always risk for betrayal...
