We are back and ready for the second weekend in March with ladies action in England headlining and we've got the scoop on the new Saudis Deal that involves UFC CEO Dana White....from Dana himself. Itls all part of the newest "Big Fight Weekend Preview Podcast!"

Host T.J. Rives returns with insider Dan Rafael of his Fight Freaks Unite Substack to go over everything.

They begin with a preview of the Boxxer all-female card in London (Sky Sports in UK, TrillerTV+ in US)
England's Natasha Jonas meets Lauren Price for the WBC/IBF/WBA women’s welterweight unification battle and also, fan favorite Caroline Dubos takes on Bo Mi Re Shin, for Dubois’ WBC women’s lightweight title.

Then, the big news in the sport outside of the ring is the Wednesday announcement of the new promotion that is a multi-year deal between TKO (parent company of UFC and WWE) and Turki Alashikh and the Saudis with UFC president Dana White running it along with WWE president Nick Khan. This is a major move for the financial part of the sport and with fights coming to the USA.

To follow it up, Dan has a one one interview with Dana White ihimself. 
The UFC boss finally enters boxing after saying he would for years. He explains the new TKO boxing promotion and his role(s). Plus, Turki and the Saudis are partners with White and his team who will oversee it. Dana has great insight on the deal and how it came together.

Next, is the Thursday announcement by MVP Promotions of Katie Taylor-Amanda Serrano III for July 11 at Madison Square Garden live on Netflix. They will run back the latest bout after two tremendous fights that ended in narrow Taylor decision wins. This, after MVP and Serrano announce her lifetime contract with MVP on Wednesday.

Famed broadaster Jim Lampley is back calling fight for first time since HBO ended in Dec. 2018. He's been hired by Turki to call the May 2 Times Square "Fatal Fury" card. The guys have thoughts.

Heavyweight Dillian Whyte hand injury and is out of Joe Joyce bout that was to headline Queensberry first date of its new DAZN deal on April 5. New opponent needed for Joyce. 

Golden Boy Promotions announces unified strawweight champion Oscar Collazo will defend vs. Edwin Cano on March 29 in Cancun, Mexico, on the William Zepeda-Tevin Farmer 2 co-feature. And, Dan is reporting that WBA/WBO cruiserweight titlist Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez will make WBA mandatory vs. former titleholder Yuniel Dorticos next. Planned for June 28 for Golden Boy.

March 7, 2015 – Keith Thurman W12 Robert Guerrero to retain WBA welterweight title for the first time headlining the first-ever PBC event. Rafael ringside at MGM Grand and they discuss the start of PBC and how it's now basically fizzled out.
