Get yourself a teacup pig to move forward in your life! Often the things holding up back are the things we don't need; we keep them around for a rainy day. 

Ask yourself, "Why do I refuse to get rid of this?" and be honest with yourself when answering that question.

If the answer isn't moving you forward to where you want to go, PURGE THEM! 

I promise you one thing. It will be tough but find yourself someone who you can practice on. Find yourself someone that will help you achieve your goals. You will need help dealing with that emotion.
