What are the things you can hold your actions up to and see if they are acting within line of what you want to be. What are those pre-determined ways you handle yourself? 

The question to ask yourself: What's it like to be around me? We often have in mind what we think we are like to be around. But what if we actually had a standard to hold ourselves to and that others could hold us to? Kinda scary right?

#1 - TOUGH, SELFLESS,  & DISCIPLINED

#2 - Everyone wants to be KNOWN & NEEDED

#3 - Small Problems are GOOD, Big Problems are BETTER

#4  -NOW is the BIG TIME

#5 - Don’t confuse NICE with KIND

Conversations are designed to keep the conversation going. Otherwise, it’s a monologue. I get all the o monologues I need watching TED talks. When I am with someone I want to engage. I want to ask & answer questions. I want to solve problems. I want to hear stories of success and tough times to celebrate or comfort people.

So I changed my mindset and asked myself this question.

- How can I be the gasoline to ignite any spark into a conversation?

2. Be engaged in their answer

3. Be ready to answer the question for yourself
