Climb aboard and embark with the lads as they provide the PRP listenership with a grand & proper tour of their interlaced relationships with each other, as well as with the sport of running. The gents discuss the interconnectivity of aging as it relates to their physical and mental well beings, and reflect on the significance of finding and nurturing a sustainable outlet for physical activity.
