Weeks 1-2 Gut Healing

1. Prebiotic Gut Food Daily - Add 1tsp in to water on an empty stomach each morning

2. Superbiotic Grasses (Sour) Fermented Probiotic Grasses – 20ml daily with water or mix with the above

3. Aloevera Juice 50mls 2 x daily (can mix with the Superbiotic Grasses)

4. Bentonite Clay 1-2 tsp in water daily away from everything above and food

5. Black Minerals – add 15 mls into 1 litre of water daily (drink min 2 litrs)
