I talk about my experiences with mental health throughout my life and how I dealed with these issues. My message for anyone listening - The best way to overcome these things is to talk. Talk to your good friends that you trust, your family whether that be your sister, brother, cousins or parents. Its much better to get it out of your system rather than let it bottle up and turn into something else. You can even write it down in a journal. Just remember, you are not alone and everyone is here for you.

My advice: Follow your heart and do what feels right. There will be a lot of negativity and doubt thrown at you from all angles but if you believe in yourself, believe in what you are doing, believe in your mission...nothing will stop you.

Everyone has different beliefs of what happens to us when we die and I find it very interesting. Two things happened to me when I was younger which made me question what I believe happens to us when we die and I thought I should share my experience with you.

I have always Loved training and everything about. But recently, I have started my endeavour on discovering how the body actually works, ways to better optimise the body through the Mind, Nutrition and training and ways that I can live a long healthy life. I read The "Own the day" Book by Aubrey Marcus who built a supplement company purely based around optimising performance. That book really opened my mind to all these other avenues of how the body works and what is good for it...which has put me on to this path today.
