Most people struggle with being happy in the here and now. We have a tendency to carry hopes, dreams, regret, fear, vengefulness, and other powerful emotions around, waiting for the time that we can finally unpack them and enjoy life. Instead of living in the now—in the moment—we hold reality hostage until certain expectations are met. We engage in catastrophizing, failure to forgive ourselves and others, and several other unhelpful behaviors. In this episode, I help you begin to really live.
