Loving Yourself Despite the Uncertainties
We all go through a phase of uncertainty from time to time and currently many of us are much more in constant uncertainty of whether to hold events, cancel them, and even all sorts of restructuring. It’s okay to love yourself anyway when you’re going through all of this uncertainty. Join members of the Creating a Healthier You Working Group as we have a talk on why its important to keep loving yourself and open discussion of handling these new situations.
After a summer filled with optimism and face to face opportunities, the fall seems to be bringing back a sense of uncertainty and regressing instead of processing with programming. Both 2020 and 2021 have been marked with disappointments.
