Welcome to spooktober. This month we have a whole lot of treats for you and a few tricks up out sleeve. Leading off are some of the parks greatest survival stories.

First off is the amazing survival of Truman Everts  in what would become Yellowstone National Park.

Next is the crazy story of the lone survivor of the deadly Yarnell Forest Fire in Arizona, Brendan McDonough.

Finally the story of Robert Ringo and his trek in Joshua tree National park gone wrong.
