Gabriel Ayala, one of Native American music industry's most successful and accomplished recording artists, was honored during the ceremony at the Seneca Casino, Niagara Falls, NY at the 2011-Native American Music Awards, as Artist of the Year.

Passion, Fire & Grace – Gabriel Ayala’s 8th release of most original compositions by Ayala.  The album was the submission that was put forward to the NAMA advisory board that helped earn Gabriel Ayala’s new title as Artist of the Year. 

Gabriel Ayala has been touring extensively for the past year, performing to capacity crowds in the United States, Canada and South America. Ayala is also nominated for Best Instrumental and Best Folk/Acoustic Recording at the Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards to be held November 4, 2011 Winnipeg, MB, Canada.
