Fire is integral in our lives and linked to so many things both physical and emotional. Let me take you on a journey exploring this element as an analogy.

Passion tends to give our life purpose so we must maintain it even if it relies on inspiration to truly fuel it.

Music can lift our soul and capture the emotions that we cannot voice. It brings us together and can hold a special place in our heart and lives. Support the people who create it especially when their stories may not always get heard.

Friends play a complicated but important role in our lives especially when it comes to honing our skills of listening and being heard.

Mothers play an important role in our lives that we must appreciate but it is also vital to recognize who they are outside motherhood and the history that shapes them.

Games can be a great way to learn new skills and socialize these days but we need to remember to engage in moderation and disassociate them from reality.

Companionship can come in many forms, it is important to recognize, value and nurture all of them.

Strength is important to support our growth but it takes time, effort and patience.

Confidence is an important foundation for our identity yet it may not always be easy to lay and keep in moderation.
