Currently, we're deep in planning – mapping out action plans for our products and partners. But here's the exciting part – this weekend, I'm jetting off to Cape Town for a bit, maybe longer. The focus? Soak up some sun, find patience, and hit the reset button.
Every quarter, I embark on a trip – sometimes for fun, sometimes for a change of scenery. This time, it's Cape Town calling again. Excited to plan, build materials for partners, clarify strategies, and yes, indulge in some hiring and training. Oh, and did I mention getting more of that precious sunlight?
I'll be taking you along on this journey, recording daily podcasts and possibly vlogging with my shiny new camera. It's a building trip, crafting everything for our partners and the growth specialists in our program.
Speaking of growth, just dropped episode one of the Growth Creator Challenge on my YouTube channel. Dive into building release offers and the model that propelled me from $30,000 to $600,000 a month. Don't miss it – head to my channel or join the Natural Born Leader community for all the goods.

Welcome to another episode of the Natural Born Leader Podcast! Today, I'm sharing a quick lesson for my fellow leaders out there. When you're starting, it's all about personal evolution. But once you've crossed the hundred-grand mark, the game changes. It's not just about your growth anymore – it's about evolving your team and attracting talent from the outside.
Beyond client and scale acquisition, it's about sourcing and empowering the right people. I've learned firsthand that, as capable as I am, I can't generate millions solo. So, here's the lesson for 2024: if you're making over a million a year, focus on finding execution specialists. Stay a generalist as a CEO, but surround yourself with efficient, talented individuals.
Overcome the fear of investing in talent. If someone isn't fulfilling their role, let them go. It's not just hurting you, but them too. Avoid overstepping and overshadowing your team. A successful company isn't built solely on your ideas and execution. Let your team shine, and those who can't, well, it's time to say goodbye.
Keep evolving, keep leading. That's it for today. Bye-bye.

Welcome to another episode of the Natural Born Leader Podcast! Fresh out of the gym and right into the grind of running a company – it's been a bit busier than I anticipated. Today, I want to share a recent skiing experience that taught me a valuable lesson about mitigating risks and reducing downsides.
In the entrepreneurial world, surviving for the long haul is more crucial than experiencing short-lived spikes of growth. This principle hit home when Meta shut down my ad account while I'm gearing up to spend $40,000 in the next four weeks. The setback didn't faze me. Instead, I swiftly redirected the budget to YouTube, prioritizing eyeballs over the cost per lead.
Drawing from my experience of posting over 800 YouTube videos in the last two and a half years, I've built a substantial audience across various platforms. This diversification shields me from the panic that comes with being solely dependent on a single platform. It's about earning attention, not just paying for it.
As I continue to navigate the challenges, it's a reminder to all entrepreneurs – don't rely solely on ad platforms. Build frameworks to grow and earn your audience. Mitigate risks, just as I did when deciding to pause skiing on the second day to ensure I didn't jeopardize my ability to keep working.
Join me on this journey as I share insights, lessons, and the day-to-day hustle. It's all about getting building release into the hands of as many people as possible. Stay tuned, stay inspired, and catch you on the flip side!

Welcome to another episode of the Natural Born Leader Podcast! In today's intimate diary entry, I'm peeling back the layers of my business strategy. This quarter, it's all about focusing on product and people. But here's the twist – I'm tackling something that's challenged my confidence: splurging on advertising.
For someone consistently raking in multiple six figures monthly, it's surprising that I've never dared to spend beyond 19 or 20 grand a month on ads. Crazy, right? Well, this quarter, I'm breaking that pattern. I'm committing to spending the entire 40k we invested in ads last quarter, but this time, I'm doing it in just one month.
Join me on this audacious journey as I evaluate the impact and outcomes of this bold move. It's a 60-90 day experiment, and you're getting a front-row seat to witness the results. I'll be sharing insights on sustainable strategies, the challenges of self-liquidating funnels, and the importance of keeping my team lean.
Funny enough, I'm comfortable splurging on life's pleasures – luxurious beds, extravagant travels, and more. But when it comes to ads, the heartbeat of attention, I've been a bit hesitant. It's time to change that narrative, to step out of my comfort zone, and share this genuine transformation with you.
So, stay tuned and catch up with me when I've spent that 40k on ads. I'm baring it all – the highs, the lows, and the honest realization that even successful entrepreneurs can be a bit timid at times. Thanks for tuning in. Take care. Bye-bye!

Welcome to another episode of the Natural Born Leader Podcast! Today, I'm speaking to you directly from my phone, sharing a crucial insight I can't wait to unleash. After diving deep into data and research, we've uncovered a game-changing truth – selling infrastructures without hands-on experience is a recipe for disaster. Picture this: Before offering appointment setters, AI dialers, or groundbreaking business solutions, you must have walked the walk.
I'm talking about the magic that happens when you've personally implemented a methodology, reaping consistent success. The key is becoming a growth specialist first, gaining hands-on experience, and achieving desired outcomes. It's a simple yet powerful concept – your infrastructure is only as strong as your understanding of its consistency.
Avoid the pitfalls of novice entrepreneurs who rush into the market without understanding the dynamics or what truly works for specific businesses. Instead, my advice is to become a growth creator after being a growth specialist. Acquire the skills, do the work, secure a few clients or a job, and prove that you can deliver results. Only then, armed with experience and success stories, step into the world of selling powerful infrastructures.
Don't fall into the trap of wanting to build something great without understanding the market dynamics or being in the trenches. This episode is a call to action – be a part of the change by becoming a growth specialist first and then transforming into a growth creator. Join me on this journey to revolutionize the business world. This is the Natural Born Leader Podcast, and I can't wait for you to dive into today's episode.
Bye for now!

Welcome back to another episode of The Natural Born Leader Podcast! In today's episode, we dive deep into the realities of entrepreneurship.
Today, I've got a crucial lesson for you, one that even I, as an entrepreneur, have had to learn the hard way. It's about the trap we all fall into, the belief that juggling multiple products or services will automatically lead to more success.
When you start piling on different products or services without a solid plan, you're setting yourself up for failure. It's not about quantity; it's about quality and focus. Take Apple, for instance, their success isn't about scattering efforts; it's about meticulous dedication to each product.
So, here's the deal. If you're just starting and you're the sole decision-maker, don't delude yourself into thinking you can effectively lead multiple products. The logic of "more products equal more money" is flawed. Adding a new product often ends up stealing attention from what is already working well.

Welcome to another episode of The Natural Born Leader Podcast. Today, I've got a story that's been giving me some serious food for thought.
So, my penthouse was facing some heating problems, and it was getting on my nerves. I reached out to the owner and tried to get things sorted, but it seemed like I was getting nowhere. He's overseas, too rich to be bothered, and I'm left in the cold, quite literally.
But guess what? I decided to flip the script on how I deal with problems. I've adopted this new mindset that if I can't control or solve a problem immediately, I won't let it mess with my vibe. Why? Because there's no point in stressing over something beyond my control.
This mindset shift has been a game-changer, not just for my heating issues but for everything in my business and life. It's a lesson I'm excited to share because it's brought me an incredible sense of peace. Emotions can be draining, and I've learned to conserve my mental bandwidth for things I can actually influence.
