It can be especially hard to navigate your body image throughout life in general, never-mind in the bodybuilding space when we go through so many varying phases & physical states.
But a large part of being able to navigate this comes down to out own perceptions & beliefs that we create for ourselves - something that exists internally that we DO have control over.
So, in this episode I wanted to run through some of the key points to keep in mind when navigating your Body Image & my best pieces of advice for being able to drive a more positive one too.
