●インフラが「整備される」JLPT N2←整備する
☆彡Remarks☆彡
「置かれる」はこの文脈では「受け身の動詞」ではなく「尊敬語」です。
同じ言葉ですが、文脈によって「受け身の動詞」になったり「尊敬語」になったりします。気を付けましょう。
The word 「置かれる」 is not a "passive verb" in this context, but an “respectful word”.
It is the same word, but it can be a "passive verb" or a "respectful word" depending on the context. Be careful.

みなさん、こんにちは！2回目のエピソードを聞いてくださりありがとうございます。
「今年の抱負は何ですか？」というフレーズは日本のみならず、諸外国でも年の初めに
話の糸口としてよく聞かれるフレーズではないでしょうか？
また私たちは毎年新年に「今年は（こそ）は○○する！」という目標や決意を
たてます。その際に「今年は」と「今年こそ」の微妙なニュアンスを日本語で
伝えられるようになっていただきたいと思い、このエピソードを投稿しました。
日本語だけでなく他の外国語においてもこの「微妙なニュアンス」を
伝えられるようになったらもう上級者ですね。

"What are your resolutions for this year?" is a phrase often heard at the beginning of the year.
It is a phrase that is often heard not only in Japan but also in other countries as a way to start a conversation.
We also make a New Year's resolution or goal every year, 「ことしは（ことしこそ）」
I would like you to be able to convey the subtle nuances of 「ことしは」 and 「ことしこそ」
I posted this episode in the hope that you will be able to communicate the subtle nuances of 「ことしは」 and 「ことしこそ」 resolution" in Japanese.
