Today I had the wonderful chance to chat with Valrie Blair a reflexologsit who has been working at her craft for over 20 years. 

I had the luxury of experiencing the amazing benefits of reflexology from both Valrie and her daughter over the last couple of years. I even had it tested out on my very sick daughter who was battling severe constipation and urine retention at the time. The therapeutic benefits could not be argued and the relaxation side effects were more praise worthy then massage therapy to my surprise.

One of the worst things you an do for your families health is continue to drink water. The chemicals and toxins that remain in tap water after the chemical process of cleaning it is disturbing. As a mom of a child with autism I can say that it is a long unexpexted road of parenting.
