The nature of light is dual, as it is both a particle and a wave. The same is true for people. They are particles of individuality. But get one of those individualities to start a wave on the sidelines of a parade and they become part of a wave. Just like light, we are both. We are individuals yet part of the wave of humanity. To participate in this wave evokes a natural sense of honor.

The mobius flow between object and subject is as mysterious as can be. As the double air extraordinaire duo of Lennon and Mcartney sing "I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together."

And yet somehow, to paraphrase the great Gemini Walt Whitman, out of the multitudes that we contain, emerges something with unity. Somehow the many things people and places we encounter merge into a continuous construction of values from which we navigate and orient. 

A waning Moon shines wisdom on a beloved arcade game obsession.

All is animated with the charge of meaning. We are all charged with making some sense out of this life, with hearing the music that comes from strings pulled taught with time's tension.

Up here in Vermont, we have had some rain, rendering the land, in the words of e.e. Cummings "mud-luscious and puddle-wonderful". The daffodils appear near supernatural in their yellow glow. 

And they are supernatural. They arise from the super spirited powers of nature. 

A steam engine’s power is found in its output. The input is the heat that builds hotter in a cold container. The output is the escape of steam, which powers the engine.

The same is true for you.
